Tejaswini leads CivicDataLab's partnerships and programme delivery in Odisha, working where data and technology meet the everyday systems of state governance. Based in Bhubaneswar, she brings twelve years of experience across education, youth livelihoods, agritech and CSR, with a focus on turning policy into on-ground action in eastern India.

She began her career as a Gandhi Fellow with Piramal Foundation, working on Principal Leadership Program across government schools in Surat, Gujarat to improve student learning outcome. She went on to build the Gandhi Fellowship's presence across eastern India with Piramal Foundation, and later led state transformation work in Odisha. She has also worked with Learning Links Foundation, Lighthouse Communities Foundation, DADB (German Academy of Digital Education), and worked in aligning climate-resilient farming technology with Agriculture Department, Odisha.

Tejaswini holds a PGDM from HDF School of Management and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fakir Mohan University along with a Certification in Designing Effective Facilitation from Azim Premji University. Guided by humility, collaboration, integrity and empathy, she has travelled to more than 25 states and union territories and enjoys telling stories through social media. She is passionate about personal finance and investments while she enjoys educating young individuals about it.
