She is a researcher working on language, technology and digital public goods. At CivicDataLab she liaises between different stakeholders to onboard language datasets. Her work spans qualitative research, programme design and strategic communication. Previously she built the knowledge base for TechSakhi, India's first digital security helpline by Point of View, Mumbai. She has led multi-state evaluation public health research for UNICEF and prior to that she taught psychology at Assam Royal Global University.

She holds a PhD in Psychosocial Clinical Studies from Ambedkar University Delhi. She also writes essays and photographs.
